    1. Modest does not offer ‘Returns’ for any of products.
    2. All products purchased from our online store can be exchanged within 07 days only if:
  • Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
  • Customers willing to exchange the size or color of the ordered article number can make an exchange ( request will be processed on the basis of availability ofrequired size/color ).
  • The product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete at the time of delivery.
  • The received product(s) differed from the original order
  • The product is not used in any way
  • The product is in its original and undamaged packing (carefully opened package will not be considered as damaged).
  • The minimum time for processing return or exchange is 3 to 5 working days after receiving the goods.
  • In case of REFUND shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

In such cases, exchange can only be entertained if they are made within 07 days of the original order date. Replacement with other product would not be entertained in any situation.

  1. In case of exchange ( due to product defect ) customer will be responsible for one side shipping and handling costs to send us back the item to exchange and the other side of shipping will be bear by Modest .
  2. In case of size or color exchange customer will be responsible for both side shipping and handling costs to make an exchange.


We keep track record of customer shipments after dispatch till smooth delivery with the help of our courier service companies. However, we cannot guarantee you the shipment delivery.
